Fortune favors the bold

CF L2

Got tested for Level II today. Now I can start doing extra WODs at the gym. Went into the test not knowing what I had to do but was happy that I got through everything. Things I got to work on are handstand push ups (maintain the triangle) and muscle ups. With this being pretty much my first muscle up ever, I need to learn to prevent my wrists from pushing through the rings at the bottom of the dip. Kipping was perfect.
