160' Farmer's carry 70lb KB (4 lengths of back room)

In the mornings try to scale the weights down. It is too early! And remember the goal is for a high intensity workout.

Evening WOD 

Hang Power Snatch 5x3

3RM at 95#. More like a squat snatch than a power snatch.
