This morning woke up with a scratchy feeling in my throat. No sore throat but it feels weird.

BB Gymnastics
1) Every 30 sec for 5 minutes complete 2 Snatches (full squat) @ 75%.

Conditioning (pain threshold training)

with 20lb weight vest.

Thrusters were feeling easier. Shoulders must be getting stronger.

Did my bench at 115. Didn't push it due to shoulders. Instead of reverse hypers, I did the ham lowers on the GHD.

Did this with the modified arm and hand position. Was pushing off with alot more of my triceps and chest. It feels alot better and I can feel it because I don't place alot of pressure on my shoulder. In fact none at all. 

Saw Dr. Crum today for the shoulder. He suggested that I do some shoulder exercises to strengthen my bicep tendons and rotator cuff.
