Friday was Amanda for outlaw but I was running out of time so I ended up doing the main site WOD of:
8 rounds for max reps of:
20 sec. Muscle-ups
10 sec. Rest
20 sec. Clean and jerk (135/95)
10 sec. Rest
20 sec. Muscle-ups
10 sec. Rest
20 sec. Clean and jerk (135/95)
10 sec. Rest
Only got 1 MU and the rest of the CNJ was 2 or 3 for each round
