Adversity causes some men to break; other to break records.

After yesterday's triple workout, I had to consider today's workout a rest day. And the WOD was short enough to get the heart rate up but not completely kill myself.

For time:
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
100 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
* 2 Burpee Box Jump at the top of each minute.
