Morning WOD
“Nate”
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
1 round. Couldn't get up there for the 2nd round of MUs. Will still need to work on transitions.
Afternoon WOD
10 minute AMRAP
40yd dash with sled and 45lb plate
40yd 20lb med ball throw forwards then backwards
Workout felt great with the sled. First time using it. Weight was heavy enough for a good 40yd speed work.
