It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.
Will take the day off today. The cold got worse and I'm hoping to get better asap so I can get back to training. Will try to do some light weights today to get the blood flowing.
Did some back squats (3x10 @135) and deadlifts (3x10 @185)
