Morning WOD

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

12 rounds + 8 pullups = 86 total pullups
Morning strength workouts suck. Lacked motivation on this one. 

Evening WOD

Did Rob Ord's workout. Spared with Big John for a few rounds. Then did a 1000m row, 8 big tire flips, 10 tire burpees and spared with a trainer.
